I am looking for advice on how to deal with my sense of self, the "I" that writes to you. "I" wants to know the inner most but "I" is the only thing separating me from the inner most, right? Are "me" and "I" the same? I know the sense of self is an illusion of a self that we get from aggregates or skandhas, but what does that make the I? What is the real self if the sense of self that is made of all my impressions of these aggregates is false? I am looking for help, I am new to this practice of self observation and I know somewhere deep in me this is the truth. Any comments can be helpful, thank you and god bless.

Study the course below!

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
