The master Samael mentions in one of his books (The Initiatic Path in the Arcana of Tarot and Kabbalah) how to uncover the inner urgency by utilizing, in this case, some simple mathematics, information relating to our terrestrial existence and working with the tarot.

What is exactly, the inner urgency?

Thank you.

Our inner urgency is a deep motivation in our psychology towards a certain type of experience, knowledge, or goal. This urgency is marked by trends in our experiences and events. It is an urgency driven by the Being, not our personality; that is why we have no idea what our inner urgency is, because we do not know our Being or the goals and intentions of our Being.

For example, when by mathematics if we calculate our inner urgency to be related to Arcanum Eight, then our current life will be strongly defined by the characteristics of this Arcanum, thus we need to learn how to consciously deal with it, rather than trying to avoid it. In this way we can fulfill our Inner Urgency, and serve our Being well.
