First, I want to thank the community of gnosticism for providing this priceless treasure of wisdom to the world, I am extremely humbled and grateful, especially to those who take their time to answer these questions many thanks, you won't believe how I prayed to God to give me a reason to be alive, and I believe I found the answer! Back to my question, I read somewhere by Samael Ann Weor that caffeine in coffee makes the heart beat at an unnatural pace, would green tea do the same effect since it has caffeine if green tea is an obstacle in my spiritual journey I don't mind removing it from my diet. By the way, what other foods other than grape juice contain air tattva and why is grape juice the only air elemental food mentioned? Thank you so much
Where did you read that?
Samael Aun Weor wrote about drinking coffee:
Regardless, each person has to know their body and what it needs and does not need. Coffee and tea affect each of us differently.
Regarding the tattvas, vine plants convey the air tattva.
