Now ive been trying to astral project for quite some time...and its not really going so well im actually quite disheartened by the difficulty of this. I was skeptical about whether this was a real phenomena or not until i got close to leaving my body consciously(i got to the vibration stage and got hypnogogic hallucinations).
My question is does the astral body seperate right before we fall completely asleep or shortly after? And if so what is a good technique to capitalize on such a moment?
