I wonder if liver and sacral chakras are identical, are they? The same inquiry for lungs and heart chakras, is it double name fo the same chakra? If not, then these liver and/or lungs chakras additional to the basic 7 chakras system, correct? ... it confuses me because ussualy it´s been spoken about the heart chakra and sacral uterus/testicles chakra and I thought that 4. chakra energizases lungs and the 2nd one energizases liver, is it correct? If itś correct, then it means that in order to stimulate heart chakra, vocalizing O and U has both great effect, correct?
Another issue is about practises timing. It´s been said, that Egipto mantra activating HOD related chakras should be vocalized one hour a day, but if I vocalize 15 minutes all chakras with IEOUAMS runic exercise and then 30-50 minutes visualizing sending all these vowels from 3rd eye down through the body to the toes, how does then the time spent on other chakra exercises influences the time, that will be needed for Egipto mantra in order to stimulate the ability to get out of the body?

To receive the specific results for a given mantra, one should fulfill its requirements in every way. Therefore, if you want to achieve conscious astral projections with Egipto, then pronounce it for an hour rather than mixing practices together.
Practice whatever excercises you need. Just be sure to do them in their entirety, according to the directions given, so as to receive the desired results.
