Greetings
I have a question and would greatly appreciate an answer

Is it considered a loss of energy in ANY way when a person has an erotic dream and wakes up when the spasm occurs and retains their breath as a means to avoid spilling the semen ??
Also where does the semen that was about to be expelled go to ?
No semen left the body
However a spasm was produced
By spasm i mean muscular contractions that announced the orgasm placing the semen at the base of the urethra this is what woke me up and realize what was happening and i held my breath
Perhaps my definition of spasm is wrong but this is exactly how it occured
I woke up and by means of holding my breath
I was able to avoid emission
This is the second time this has occured in 6 months of sexual abstinence ,the master samael talks about making the sexual energy flow in a centripetal manner by means of Ham Sah
I would like to know how much time of daily Ham Sah is needed for a single practitioner to achieve this so that even when they have erotic dreams due to having the consciousness asleep , there is no loss of energy ( as the master states )

Thank you for your time

Of course it matters. It is necessary to fight to retain the energy.

I did not say the consequences are the same. If you willingly let the energy go — that is, you do not fight the loss — the consequences are much worse.

You are working on changing a behavior that was many centuries in the making. Do not expect it will be easy to quick to change. Be patient with yourself, but also press ahead.

The most important thing is to meditate on what caused the event, no matter what dimension it originated from. The causes are psychological, so it is essential to recognize and comprehend them, so the problem will not be repeated.

You can only discover this through meditation. Self-observation, transformation of impressions, etc is only step one of gathering data. Without comprehension in meditation, there will be no progress, and instead of the energy liberating the consciousness, it traps it in fanaticism, pride, etc.

No, that would be counterproductive. Using mantras directs the energy in a productive way. By vocalizing you are developing control over the energy. The more you can do to train the body and mind, the better.

Thank you
If i may
I have 1 more question
Should i discontinue my daily practice of vocalization and dedicate myself to internal meditation until i have complete control of the sexual energy??
Since the chackras are nourished by the sexual energy , it would not make sense to direct effort and time into vocalizing when i still dont have complete control of the sexual energy . Am i mistaken ?

So the effort that was made fighting ,holding my breath to not lose my energy
Doesnt even matter ??? Most arent even capable of waking up during this process
even though no semen left the body
The consequences are the same ??
I comprehend your answer i jus dont see how it applies to me I DONT FEED MY LUST
And if i do ,then it occurs in parts of me that i am not yet conscious of .
I practice self observation very seriously to the point of being over whelmed
I transform impressions all day
I do NOT have continual consciousness and I HAVE ego , so NOT ALL impressions will be transformed consciously
I sublimate my sexual energy with much devotion
I comprehend the value of the sexual energy profoundly it is sacred to me ( im borderline fantatical about losing it )
Which is why i suffer when this happens
Its almost like it requires that i have no ego or continual consciousness in order to stop this from happening , it just seems unrealistic since i work seriously on myself daily , is this karmic for fornicating in the past ?
Thank you once again for giving me your time +

If the spasm occurs energetically, it is a loss. By spasm is primarily meant the overcharge and loss of energy. Consider the experiences of males vs females: some lose physical matter, some do not. Again: it is the energy that counts.

Gradually, as the your persist in your chastity, the body will learn. The time it takes will be relative to your seriousness and the quantity and density of the defects you are correcting.

Furthermore, the more you change psychologically, the less this will happen. That means finding and eliminating more and more defects related to lust.

The most important thing is to meditate on what caused the event, no matter what dimension it originated from. The causes are psychological, so it is essential to recognize and comprehend them, so the problem will not be repeated.
