Unconscious perception, whether internal or external: the type of perception that develops through the frustration of desires. Unconscious imagination projects conversations with people, scenes, events, whether of the future or past, that are inventions of desires. Unconscious imagination hears, sees, feels, thinks, etc through desire (pride, envy, jealousy, fear, etc).
Conscious perception: to perceive verifiable facts.
So, learn to recognize how desires influence external and internal perception, while also learning how to recognize and verify facts.
"Do not worry; cultivate the habit of being happy." - Samael Aun Weor
