How can one work on egos from a past life without the ability to remember said life?
For example, if there is an ego that is tied to a possible romantic recurrence from a past life, how can one
deeply comprehend the roots of this I if one cannot remember them? How can one comprehend this defect for elimination?
Furthermore, how can one work on ANY defect if one cannot remember how it was created?
It is said that one needs to remember what impressions or circumstances created a defect in order to totally comprehend it for elimination,
but I hardly think that anyone can remember the creation of each of their defects.
I hypothesize that it is related to the order of the work, possibly working with the few I's that we DO remember creating, but even that task proves too daunting for me.
I cannot remember the creation of ANY of my defects.
I humbly ask for thy assistance.
