Could someone please help me understand the difference/connection and interrelation of these terms?

In Koran it is often spoken of God Most High. Is he meant to be the same as JHVH? To me, they seem different since the first is above everything while the second causes creation.

In early Gnosticism it was spoken of the Demiurge. He causes creation. That is why he is seen as the primary force, so they place him above the Sun God and the Devil, right below the Nothingness from whence Nous and Sophia emerged. If this was so, would thus the Demiurge be the One called JHVH?
