Dear sir/ma'am

Hello. I'm having difficulty dealing with how to handle my feelings towards actions that are evil. Take wet dreams for example. Before going to sleep at night my feelings are full of concern, anxiety, and anger; sometimes I even avoid sleep because of it. They are a disease in my mind. They triumph over me often and cause a great deal of pain and sadness. Could my feelings actually be feeding the demons of my mind making them stronger? Samael Aun Weor said that you should always take a neutral position with the things you experience and have compassion and understanding, however that it only applied to other people not to your ego because it must and deserves to die. So how best should this issue be approached ? Thank you for your time and have a peaceful day.

Any pranayama or mantras we've provided on this website or in the books that are for transmutation are good. I recommend S, or S M HON, Om Masi Padme Hum, or any mantra with the vowel S, which directly works with the sleeping Kundalini serpent and the sexual potency, raising it to the head. Ham-Sah is powerful as well. Experiment and find what mantras help you to best transmute sexual energy.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"

Thank you for replying so quickly. It is true that about 80 percent of my nocturnal pollutions occur after 0300. Is there a specific mantra you would recommend or is Klim krishnaya govindaya gopijanavallabhaya swaha OK to use? Have a beautiful day.

Relax, pray, and submit to God in meditation to grant you comprehension of those lustful and angry defects that afflict you.

Swami Sivananda also said that nocturnal pollutions are easily remedied by rising at 3 or 4 am to mantralize, transmute, and meditate. This is also a powerful moment to pray!
Perform the prayer at the declining of the sun till the darkening of the night. And the recitation at dawn - truly, the recitation at dawn is ever witnessed! -Al-Isra' (The Night Journey) 17:78

For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami
