Samael Aun Weor did not make any requirements for becoming an instructor. However, his students made LOTS of rules, requirements, hoops to leap through, etc.

Glorian does not "authorize" anyone to teach. The only one who can authorize someone to teach is the INNERMOST.

Whatever you decide to do, you might benefit from studying these, especially the book, in which he describes how a teacher of Gnosis should be, something we do not see much of in spiritual groups, especially "gnostic" groups. For example, some "gnostic" groups tightly control what students are "allowed" to study and even do in their lives, but Samael Aun Weor emphasizes repeatedly that students need freedom to study, explore, ask, inquire, and develop a very rich "intellectual culture."
