The physical organism is like a foreign country to these willing atoms whose task is to attune it to its greater spiritual possibilities.
- M

Do note that I understand and appreciate the power of Thelema, conscious willpower.

I work with the mantra S H Mon and notice radical improvements when using it.

I want to make sure that I understand all of the atoms as described by M. Is it just three, or are their more? Trans-formative, aspiring, and destructive.

Do these relate to sattva, rajas, and tamas? If yes, I just want to briefly know because that is distracting.

I am heavily drawn toward Taoism and oriental systems of wind energy.

Can you remember the lectures in which they speak of the "downward, expelling" wind, which rejects lustful sexual energy, and waste materials like urine and fecal matter?

I own all the books in the collection, including the books of the instructors and M, etc, anything you recommend I can access.

To give you some context, I am quite enthusiastic about fiber. I think that most people do not understand it and think it is a joke to care about it. However I do not think it is a joke. I harmonize occidental and oriental schools of science, and both on materialistic and ethereal levels, I think it is harmful and causes brain damage to have issues with the gastro-intestinal system.

M seems clear that having an impeded metabolism causes destructive atoms to reenter the system. I think that constipation, etc, lead to "brain damage", brain damage being perhaps used to indicate opportunity cost in lost brain growth.

I am extremely knowledgeable in fiber, I often even take small amounts of it with water on an hourly basis, at home in my own time, since I am so highly concerned with keeping the system running smoothly from both the occidental and oriental perspectives.

This results in increased stool production and ease in the bathroom, and a rather upbeat and happy go lucky mood. I have gained vastly superior employment where I can use more of my skills, in great part due to this. It allows me much more mental competency by efficiently manipulating my energy systems.

Water, fiber (specific kinds) are allowing me to move urine and fecal matter through my system and allowing the downward movement of the expelling winds to function properly without being impeded and causing me to absorb destructive atoms.

S H Mon is causing atoms of transformation to enter my central nervous system and brain.

What other atoms are there and what am I missing here? What do walks through nature provide?

My understanding is at such a level where you can do a lot of good here and cause me to spread a lot of good, but again I am not very smart. I need simple explanations and to be able to associate A with B. Explanations that unite occidental and oriental schools are the best in the Age of Aquarius.

As far as I know, those atoms are not related with the gunas. They have a closer relationship to the particles of ego and particles of free, divine consciousness (children of Israel) that we have within us.

Samael Aun Weor refers to the winds of expulsion as the lunar breath. He explains in his last lecture on Transmutation of the Sexual Energy how our breathing tends to push out our vital energies and make them flow from inside to out.

When we retain the vital winds and mentally pronounce Ham, we make the energies flow from outside to in. This is well documented for the practice of Ham-Sah.

For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami
