Am I understanding correctly that the kundalini must rise up the central spinal column 7 times in one physical incarnation? Or does it rise 7 times in 7 different incarnations in order to incarnate the monad fully into our bodies where we become a God on Earth.

Kundalini rises in accordance with the merits of the heart. If one is very sincere and works very hard, those seven serpents of fire may be raised in one lifetime. For others, it may take longer. It depends on the individual and the will of the Being. Progress depends upon work in the three factors: birth, death and sacrifice for humanity.
Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.
Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.
"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
