Everytime Im in meditation usually serveral minuets in, I encounter this experience where it feels like im being sucked into somthing, the word vortex comes to mind. By reflex I always pull back and resist it because it feels rather scary, almost like the feeling of falling however its more like being pulled in. What is this? Is their somthing on the other side? How can I eliminate the reflex response to pull away? I feel like im unable to progress in meditation because of this Vortex.
Observe the phenomena and do not identify. Continue with your observation and serene reflection. The less you identify with this experience, the deeper you can go into understanding it and comprehending it for what it is.
