Greetings,

I hope you all are thriving. In asking Christ to enter my heart, I have been experiencing a sort of "decision making assistant"which I'm not sure I fully understand. Basically I get calm and put or yes or no questions to my heart and feel an energy within it responding to "yes" (freeing feeling on the left side of the heart) or "no" (a sort of tightening feeling on the right side of the heart) The weird thing is that when I listen to it in terms of present moment, things seem mostly seem to work out for the better and I end up being glad I asked. (I'm using the process even as I write this )When used with chasity and a desire to better oneself and conditions for others, is this a practice to be engaged within gnosis? I also see how this can be used by fear and the ego and can potentially lead one away from practicality and into folly. Might you have any thoughts or references on this?

Thank you for your time
Matthew

Ps. I'm looking forward to the June retreat!☺️

Intuition has nothing to do with psycho-somatic symptoms or sensations.

Intuition is direct cognizance, beyond dualism and duality; it is the force of synthesis.

Intuition is developed by working with runes, mantras, and the spiritual forces of the heart in meditation.

If you experience sensations of a psychic type, treat them as any physical sensation, which appears, sustains, and passes away. These are impermanent, and therefore have nothing to do with the superlative cognizance of the Being.

By working with energy, you will experience "spiritual" or psychic sensations. But intuition (divine consciousness, Buddhi) is beyond these. Therefore, whatever occurs in your life and experience, do not identify.

Thank you very much for this. Your response is timely. I have worked hard to be open to God making right the sins I have committed (some before and others after discovering gnosis). I have come to a more even place, pretty much all the "power" feels gone and there has been a nagging feeling that I need to stop asking constant internal questions about everything I do and just accept that I know very little and to use my own judgement. Asking for quick response on everything is exhausting and I now see that it might be a manifestation of control, having to do with a fear of making mistakes. Another type of cage. Im very afraid of doing harm to myself and others, and it seems the time has come to lay this "heart thing" down and face the fear with no real sense of being ahead of things. I can't unknow what I now know or take back the experienceof gnosis I have had, but I hope that new and positive experiences are coming without the need to "check in" constantly. I wasn't doing that when I first experienced visions, and though it has had some uses in bringing me back from some depth, it might also be creating unnecessary problems and difficulties as well. Your words have helped me move into a new phase of throwing my hands up and saying, "ok God, time for a new direction". Thank you again, and thanks be to God!
