Whenever, I sit down to meditate, and relax the body, mind and emotions, I begin to feel a swirling sensation in the lower part of my spine. At times, it is strong enough that it actually moves my body a bit. Nevertheless, I try not to focus on it.

Even when I am being very mindful of my mind, body and emotions—but not sitting down to meditate/reflect—I can tune into this swirling vibration.

Just to provide a bit more context, I have also been holding onto my seed, and trying not to lust in the heart to the best of my abilities.

Do you have any ideas as to what the swirling vibration in the lower part of my spine may be?

Thank you

Investigate it in meditation.

Sensations are transient and should not be relied upon as indications of progress. Instead, continue to observe yourself in serene reflection and open yourself up to the new.

No matter what you experience, continue to meditate and observe!
