Hello, and thanks to anyone taking the time to help me out.

I'm keen on working through the Beginning Here and Now course, but cannot find any suggested route through it. The various lectures seem to just be listed alphabetically.

Could anyone recommend a suitable order for them to be studied for a beginner?

1) Awakening the Seed
2) Knowledge and Being
3) Consciousness
4) Belief and Faith
5) Human Machine
6) Three Brains and Five Centers
7) Three Minds in Conflict
8) Intelligence
9) Energy, Matter, and Consciousness
10) Four Ways of Spiritual Life
11) The Secret Path of the Heart

These lectures cover psychology and the basis for understanding meditation. While these are suggestions, I do not know your personal temperament. You need to best evaluate what subjects are most important for you to grasp here and now.
