hello, as i study kabbalah i have come across a fork in the road which deals mainly with kether but truthfully with the whole supernal triad and Tiphereth.
the 2 views are this:
#1
Kether = Father
Chokmah = Son
Binah = Mother
#2
Kether = What is beyond the polarity of masculine and feminine
Chokmah = Father
Binah = Mother
Da'at = Union of Father and Mother which is why it is set directly above Tiphereth
Tiphereth = Son, created by the union (Da'at) of the Father and Mother
Personally the second view point resonates with me much more and seems to really hit me in heart, but as always i value the input of the teacher here.
thank you.
