The concept of unbroken lineages exists in many religions. It is sometimes useful, but unfortunately it does not guarantee the purity of a lineage. The accepted forms of Christianity completely lost the esoteric tradition within a few hundred years.

The Gnostic Church is founded in the superior worlds and administered by Awakened Men. Every legitimate Gnostic School (Lumisial) has a spiritual and atomic connection to Samael Aun Weor. Lumisials which deviate from the teachings are cut off from this connection.
