Transcendence is a vague term used by pseudo-spiritualists in these times. There are many levels of transcendence in Gnosticism (achieved through the death of the ego), which we may denominate in these studies as resurrection:
1) Resurrection in the fire of Kundalini
2) Resurrection in the serpents of light
3) Resurrection achieved on the height of the Second Mountain after the death of the physical body
I do not know about Carl Jung's level of being, although one of our instructors taught much about him in the following lectures:
