Gluttony

I'm having issues regulating my eating habits. I eat way more than I should, and I indulge in it almost at any time of the day. Is there anything practicaI that can get me out of this consuming habit pattern?
Furthermore, and might be of help, what is the karma of a glutton?

Thank you

Meditation is the best antidote. By meditating on the habits, you can find what causes them. Without meditation, you will never see the roots of your behaviors, thus changing them remains impossible. Learn Retrospection Meditation, and do it every single day.

Like any mistaken action, the karma of gluttony is first noticed in the immediate effects it brings: health problems, economic problems, relationship problems, etc. The more pronounced the gluttony, the more painful the problems become. Obviously, these problems combine together, and if the person tries to find relief from their pain by indulging in more gluttony, then they only intensify their problems more and more.
