I wonder in which time frame a donation should be made so that it can be doubled by matching funds. Given the difference between time zones, is it the local time zone that counts? I suppose for international donations via internet there is no local time … Our time difference is 9 hours. So should we consider/apply Us-American time, and which one?

To be eligible for the matching funds, donations would need to be made within the range of the North American hours of Tuesday.
