In the fifth book of pistis sophia, the master Jesus utters an invocation for the father "aeeiouo iao aoi oia psinother thernops nopsither zagoure pagoure nethmomaoth...." I am wondering if this invocation can be used in meditation, if they are sacred words, or if they are veiled somehow from the ignorant and wouldn't vibrate with nature. Thank you.

Yes, you can meditate and pronounce that mantra for invoking the Lord!
