How to put into practice this book? assuming that I already had learned self-observation, I continued to the chapter 22(Chatter) where Master Samael says, if I understood right, not to judge others with the inner tongue, not to allow thoughts of gossip control our mind, but it happens, that I am not observing my self constantly, so I fail and keep judging others inside of me, even if I do not express it. Should I go back, reed again the chapters about self observation? My mind is bored to read again and again the same, should I try to practice constantly self observation without going back and read about it? Is it uncommon for someone to face this problem?
Now lets say, that for a month, I did not allow any ego to convince me, that its gossip is true, then should I move to the other chapters? To stop my psychological song? I tend to forget, that the final goal, is to eliminate all these egos, that make me suffer. But for now, I will focus on the first step.

The best way to practice what is taught in this book is to proceed slowly through it, and each day attempt to use the practical guidance it gives. And, at the end of each day, to meditate on what happened. This is called Retrospection.
