Good Evening
Temptation arises to me the most in the dead of the night while I’m sleeping. So I start doing my Prana and it works. But I have noticed that my Prana is more affective in that moment then when I do it awake. I feel the energy going up and the temptation goes away faster than when I do it when I am awake. Is there a specific reason for this? Is it normal?

"Wherever we direct attention, we spend creative energy." -Samael Aun Weor
If you are awake as a consciousness, even if your body is a little sleepy, you have more creative energy that you can direct as a result of paying attention.

For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami
