Venerable ones,

Greetings, and deep gratitude towards all those working steadfastly for the shining of the Spirit.

In the transcription of the lecture "Knowing Good and Evil", the following is written:

"And the sexual physical instinct, the serpent, said unto the woman, You shall not surely die if you control the spasm, the abominable orgasm of beasts and demons: For Elohim does know that in the day you sublimate the Hydrogen TI 12 from your libido, then your spiritual eyes shall be opened, and you shall be as Elohim, knowing good and evil."

According to the NIV (New International Version) of "The Bible", the following is Genesis, Ch. 3 v. 4-5:

4 “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. 5 “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Though perhaps only of secondary significance ultimately, and really more of an interest in the technical/stylistic delivery of the allegory, my question concerns the authentic translation of the Hebrew syntax for this passage.

In the most accurate translation, should the serpent be quoted as informing us that we will not die if we do NOT eat the fruit, but rather "control the spasm" and sublimate our creative force? Or, is the conventional translation (at least as far as I have encountered it, as exemplified in the NIV quotation above), the most technically accurate in its presentation of the serpent as a character who deliberately deceives, by lying about the resulting death that occurs after "eating" the fruit?

In other words, is this lecture (Knowledge of Good and Evil) restructuring the passage for explication only, or is it actually presenting a more technically accurate translation of the original? Is the serpent, as presented by Moses, a deliberate deceiver, or actually an ally who confirms what Jehovah has commanded?

Of course, I understand that this passage is of considerable depth and profundity, with many layers of meaning embedded throughout, and that there are two sides to this one coin. Perhaps either translation is suitable, where neither is preferred over the other...? The serpent is the most subtle force, the one who is both our friend and enemy, deceiver and light-bearer, and so on, all depending on us... on how we relate. In the light of Gnosis, according to the resources here as far as I am able to understand them, Lucifer/Satan is acknowledged innumerable times as a force of God that is not really dual, but is the "Cosmic Reflection of God." Certainly, what is now known as Genesis Chapter 3 is quite an unparalleled scripture indeed.

So anyway, as far as this post goes, mainly I am trying to ascertain the most accurate translation of this passage, as the original author presented it. Any helpful words are very much appreciated.

We just restructured the passage from those chapters of Genesis for those who cannot see the light behind them. This is why these are not written in between quotation marks “”.

According to Moses the serpent can be polarized for good or for evil. Genesis chapter 3 explain how humanity developed the serpent for evil. Yet, the book of Numbers chapter 21 explains how the serpent can be developed for good.

Alchemically, in our physical organism, the letters of the Hebrew word נחש Nahash-serpent is disclosed as follows:

The letter “Nun” symbolizes the fish [sperm and ovum] in our waters of life [Ens Seminis]
The letter “Chet,” the mother of the living, symbolizes Chavah-Eve, the ether of life in our sexual organs.
The letter “Shin” is the Latin letter “S,” the Brazen Serpent, the kabbalistic serpentine symbol of fire, the very essence of the Holy Spirit. 

And the serpent said to the woman: לא־מות תמת און “No death, but their power die.” - Genesis 3: 4

"It is further written in Genesis 3: 24, 'And He drove out the man'. We do not know who drove him out, nor who it was that was driven out, whether the Holy One or not. The words are ויגרש את 'vaigaresh ath' (and he drove out את). Who was this He? The scripture says 'ha-adam' (the man). After sinning it was Adam who drove out here below who is here called 'את.'
Therefore Scripture first informs us Jehovah Elohim-Binah drove Adam from out of the garden of Eden, as he had already [through the orgasm] driven away the 'את' (the Holy Spirit or Higher Self) when Eden became closed to him, and the path leading to it obliterated or hidden. Scripture, moreover, states, 'and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden, Cherubim and a flaming sword which turned every way to keep the way of the tree of life.' These words allude to angels appointed to chastise the sins and transgressions of man. - Zohar

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book,
and to loose the seven seals thereof. - Revelation 5: 5
