Greetings, brothers, I have always lived a fairly active lifestyle, playing sports regularly, running, and working out.
I was just wondering, at what point does exercise become, not only wasteful, but detrimental?
A young man who has a lot of energy can do more things due to his larger reserves of it, but I suppose it would be a waste to squander them by lifting weights several times a week. I just want to know, generally speaking, how much is too much?
