Greetings, brothers, I have always lived a fairly active lifestyle, playing sports regularly, running, and working out.
I was just wondering, at what point does exercise become, not only wasteful, but detrimental?
A young man who has a lot of energy can do more things due to his larger reserves of it, but I suppose it would be a waste to squander them by lifting weights several times a week. I just want to know, generally speaking, how much is too much?

Observe your body. The best measurement is self-observation.

If you are exhausting your Bobbin-Kandelnosts in your motor brain, you have to judge, perceive and gauge this with your consciousness.

Different persons have different physical needs in terms of exercise. You must evaluate this based on how you feel before, during and after exercise. Comparing your workout regiment to another is subjective and relative at best. Analyze your own specific needs to arrive at balance.
