Hello,

First I would like to thank you for all your lectures on this website

It has been a while since I started reading about Gnosis but it is only recently that I have tried practicing it. I have been struggling with maintaining conscious awareness moment to moment. My attempts at meditation are mostly filled with my thoughts, fantasies and memories, although for a moment I may become aware that I'm just following my thoughts those moments when I am aware of my thoughts are few and far between. I try to remember my inner Being but I only manage to do so a few instances in an entire day. I have also tried the key of S.O.L, which helps but I'm still not constantly aware.

I have tried prayer (Lord's prayer, Jesus prayer) and it seems to help me remember God more often. I want to ask if constant (conscious) prayer is sufficient for self-remembering especially considering I have to also watch my three brains and how I use them as well as working on my psychological defects.

I understand that all of my struggles are due to my weak will and my egos but I would truly appreciate advice in this regard

Thank you so much for all your time and effort.

Patience!

How many years or centuries have you not had conscious awareness? It takes a lot of patient effort to change this quality, but it can be done. Do not rush ahead: work steadily, constantly, and you will certainly develop it.
