As for studying history, it is best to awaken consciousness in the astral plane and to study the Akashic records, since historians and scholars will try to rely on physical evidence in relation to spiritual phenomena, which is incongruous and absurd.
In the Akashic Records, we can see the living films of nature and the intimate history of any root race or sub-race of this planet through palpitating dramas within the astral light, where we can become spectators and actors within these scenes.
This definitely has much more clarity and accuracy than taking someone else's word for it from paper documents or physical means, since the eyes of the spirit see all!
